These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of n8n Ai Bot (the "Bot"), a Discord application. By adding the Bot to a server or otherwise interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
The Bot integrates with an n8n automation workflow to process commands, messages, or events sent from Discord and return automated responses. Functionality may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot. This is a privately operated, invite-only bot and is not intended for public or unsupervised use.
Commands and relevant message content may be passed to an n8n workflow for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how it's used.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or workflow errors originating from third-party services the Bot depends on.
We may suspend or remove the Bot's access to any server, or restrict a user's ability to use it, at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
