This Privacy Policy explains what information n8n Ai Bot (the "Bot") collects, how it is used, and how it is stored. This Bot is privately operated and connects to an n8n automation workflow to function.
Depending on how the Bot is used, we may process:

When you interact with the Bot, relevant data is forwarded to an n8n workflow (self-hosted or cloud-hosted) which may call third-party APIs (for example, an AI/LLM provider) to generate a response. Only the data required to fulfill the specific command or interaction is sent.
We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the Bot's features (e.g., short-term logs for debugging, or workflow state for multi-step commands). We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.
The Bot may rely on third-party infrastructure, including but not limited to Discord, n8n (hosting), and AI/LLM API providers. Each of these services has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.
The Bot is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
